We held our first product strategy workshop!

Nextage Advisory Services arranged the first public Product Strategy Workshop at Seinäjoki on 9th of May 2019 together with SEAMK.

In this first seminar we focused on four different areas:

  • Product Strategy
  • Product Management model
  • Product Portfolio analyses, profitability, and development
  • How to go forward

We had more than 20 participants from 15 different companies. Presentations was given in this workshop by Niko Salonen and Tapio Juurakko.
